Q&A: I am making an amatuer film with a small budget. (Details inside.)?

Question by Alex Hawk: I am making an amatuer film with a small budget. (Details inside.)?
I am making a feature length (about an hour and ten minute long movie) with a budget of only five-hundred American dollars. We have nothing but a script and a cheap Sony digital camera. Though I don’t believe our 500 dollars is quite enough to finish the film. Though I am not planning on shooting the film till late June early July. Do you think I will have enough for costumes, effects, and any other things I would need to pay for?

If not, is this an easy way to get quick for or film. I have a skateboarding forum (http://s15.invisionfree.com/LISKATEFORUM) and we are going to have a few events for example we are having the Spring Best Trick Contest and the admission is three dollars to watch and five to skate. Anyway a portion of the money will go to the reward for the winning skater and the rest is for my keep.

Also I would be appreciative to any advice you can provide for my film

Thanks,
Alex
