How do u make a movie with videos that move just like clips?
i want to take clips of other peoples highlight reels of basketball players and just take clips of them and put them together with music i know how to put musci i just need help with the video CLIPS

You just need a video editing program like windows movie maker 2 which will import video clips and then you can cut out frames and paste them into a new movie with fades and such. Not really to hard. Below is a link that will get you started using the program and some nice tips and tricks.
