Like when you call a customer service line for assistance and talk to a real person. I’d also like to hear from people who have done this kind of work who can tell us about their experience.

The company makes them use a script. If you ever hear this call maybe monitored, it’s because their boss might listen in and if they are talking all sincere then maybe no talk there for long. I worked in call center before and they grade you by how well you follow company policy. To sound sincere you need sales call center.
