Question by Blessed with a Boy on 11/21/10: Charge for Medical Records?
I am a Durable Medical Equipment Provider. I sell powerchairs, etc. I have a patient whose doctor has written him a script for a powerchair through Medicare. The clinic is trying to charge me $ 20 for his records. Does anyone know if this is legal?
