I am trying to enter a contest for making a short film but I have no idea for what software to buy. I have a hard drive sony handycam and I need to know what the best software is for making movies and video editing. Its need to be in my price range which stops at 100 dollars. So please give me some info. I would like some good special effects that will let me use slow motion, and other changes of speed, color changes like black and white stuff, voice overs, green screen, and many other good special effects.
