Q&A: Are movie scripts easy to learn?

Question by GG: Are movie scripts easy to learn?
I’ve been in LA for a month trying to break into movies. Last night, I met a guy at a diner who told me he wanted me for a film he’s making. I asked him for a script, and he said it didn’t matter, I should just show up at the motel at noon, and we’d start shooting. How much time do you think he’ll give me to learn my lines?
Josh: It’s a ROAM question :). Like, I’d ever do this!!!
