Question by Westmoon1: Anime,animation and movies. How to start a young person in the industry?
My oldest daughter is very interested in movie making, anime and that form of media. How do you get started in the business? What schooling and classes should she know about?

I heard at an animated film festival a year or two ago that, in the Czech Republic, there is a shortage of animators and so they are hiring promising young people and allowing them to study animation while doing on the job training. I assume that all this takes place in the Czech language, but if you are interested send me an email and I will try to put you in touch with the appropriate people.
