LOS ANGELES — It happened in its OWN time. After three years of planning, delays and management misfires, OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network finally arrives Jan. 1 , the biggest launch of a cable channel in more than decade.

Teen ‘Elves’ Read Santa Letters To Children
Students from around the county visited KPS to read holiday letters to kindergarteners. The elementary students shared their Christmas wish lists, sang a few songs, promised to be good and leave some treats out for Santa and his reindeer.
