i dont know if this makes sense but this hip-hop white boy was adopted by a black ladyand i wanna say it was jamie kennedy but i dont remember but he was suppose to bring home some milk and his moma said he never do anything right he said he was gonna do this one thing right and bring home some milk and his best friend was black and he liked this girl he met at the bus stop and she worked at a book store were they did poetry and him and his friend went up there trying to impress her trying to rhyme and stuff (and that girl that he was likeing she played on friday with the long braids who went with smokey) and also during the movie this little black boy with glasses he had no friends and he ran away from homeand the white boy was talking to him and stuff and at the same time its posters up everywhere that say missing with the little boy on it and they walked in this store too where the basement looked kinky and the men was gay and talking funny somebody please he

The only movie I can think of with Jamie Kennedy is Malibu’s Most Wanted. Other than that I am clueless.
