Question by Bob S: Movie Maker Effects- How do I do the following?
I am making a video with windows movie maker on vista, i want to add an effect to make the video flicker and i have some static sound to add to it , basically i want it to seem like there is interference, how can i do this?

Go to ‘tasks’ and then ‘video effects’
i don’t know if theres one for what your looking for but hope that helps
