Mission Maker Demo (Science Mission 1): Screenshot

This video screenshot is a demonstration of a 3D game (education + action) produced using the Mission Maker software. If you would like to play this game or the other game I produced, you can download the games and the MissionPlayer software (freeware) here: longzijun.wordpress.com MissionMaker is a game engine that allows you to produce your own 3D computer games. You don’t need any programming knowledge. Unfortunately, it is very buggy and does not work well with Vista and especially Windows 97. No upgrades, patches or fixes have been released. This game uses an Old West setting, but there are a few other types of landscapes available. Basically, when producing the game you create a maze, put in props and characters and establish rules (eg, “If Alien 1 sees Player, Alien 1 seeks and destroys Player”). MissionMaker is produced by Immersive Education: www.immersiveeducation.com/MissionMaker/ The two games were produced to help Form 2 (Grade 8) students in Hong Kong review terms related to electricty. The circuit board screenshots were made using Virtual Labs: Electricity (a freeware programme available at web.riverdeep.net background music was composed on Sonar Home Studio using loops with some parts added using keyboards. The opening and closing screens are based on clip art designs. Produced by CMe Creative Media Studio cmestudio.wordpress.com
