Making the screen resolution for a MP4 movie smaller?

Question by Colton: Making the screen resolution for a MP4 movie smaller?
I am trying to put Harold and Kumar II on my 5th Gen iPod Nano. The movie is 720 x 384 but the screen is only 240 x 376. I’m guessing that’s why it won’t put the movie on my iPod.

Does anyone know a FREE, easy to use program that I can use to make the resolution smaller?

Please help if you can!
