making a movie and i need a background story for a character?

Question by Eric k: making a movie and i need a background story for a character?
its an assassin hired to kill an assassin before he finishes his job.
I think he should be somewhat cocky and brilliant but i need a background story and a name can anyone help me

Background1: Grew up in a poor neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York. Had to survive on the streets using smarts and his fists. His brother/ guardian was an abusive drug addict and your character ran away at 17.

Background 2: Grew up in a wealthy, suburban neighborhood where everyone is a carbon copy of each other. Had overly doting parents and resented their intrusion into his life. (He could kill his parents as a possible story line). He strikes out on his own and becomes assassin.
