Is WLS screenplay agency a legit agency?

Question by Mircelous Grimm: Is WLS screenplay agency a legit agency?
Is WLS screenplay agency a legit agency?
IF you know this agency by the name, then please feel free to dispense any known knowledge.

If NOT, then please read the following information.

. I submitted my script.
. They sent (e-mail) back a questionnaire.
. I replied.
. They sent two more e-mails, one a confirmation, and the other being a notice of review.
. One week to the date later, I receive an e-mail stating an interest to represent me and sell my work.
Specifically, the e-mail states that my willingness to improve was a factor aside from feeling the manuscript was marketable. The e-mail tends to harp on the improvement aspect, which I have no problem with; however, two thoughts cross my mind, one- why is this an automated message? two- what are you wanting to sell me?

The message states that the message IS an auto-message (which I knew) for legal reasons, and that they aren’t asking me to pay THEM any money; they do though want me to obtain a critique which will cost money.
BUT, they want me to get from an INDEPENDENT and QUALIFIED industry professional. They do NOT name anyone in particular, and they stress that they don’t do it, and they are NOT asking for money, AND if I already have one to let them know.
It is also stated that I can keep my work as is, and/or go to any industry professional that I see fit, especially, if a referral will make me sketchy, or uncomfortable.

Lastly, a contact name and phone number is there. An e-mail reply is also requested.

Any knowledgable help, please? Thank you.
ATTENTION: Sorry, it WL Screenplay agency!
Thank you guys! My gut reacted upon reading the previous e-mail. I now know I won’t be doing. Thank you!
