What happens if someone wants to make a movie.

Is there such a person that can help him look for a script writer, a special effects creator, the people that will rent him the props, the actors, the actress or the locations for the shots?
Perhaps even the people that will do the accounts and pay the people their salaries.
I don’t think the person that want to make the movie is able to do all these himself and needs someone. Am I right to say that?

Perhaps this person can also help the person that want to make the movie to negotiate with the people he wants.

that would be called a production crew. usually the director checks out locations or the assistant director.
