Why not try the simple act of copying the downloaded video from USB to your computer?
Connect your USB to your computer, open Windows Explorer, browse to where the USB is connected, browse for the video to copy. Select the video and drag it anywhere to your computer’s folder. That’s it, the video is copied or “downloaded” from USB to your computer!
