Is there a website like this http://www.built2go.com. Im looking to buy a website with script but nothing crappy I used built2go before but im looking for something better

Have you tried sites like matt’s scripts, hot scripts, resourceindex.. sitepoint and the like? There are alot of resources but putting those scripts to use requires some understanding and personal creativity..
