I’m currently in the pre-production stages of a movie, and I’m trying to find songs I can legally use without running into copyright issues. I remembered hearing that the 50-year copyright on the Beatles’ song had “run out” or something, and was excited because the sound/lyrics of their music would make an amazing contrast to the theme of my movie. However, I’m not entirely sure how the copyright thing works, so I figured I’d post on here and see if anyone knew.
