If a person downloads a movie, how do you make it watchable on a DVD player?

Question by Nigel Tufnel 11: If a person downloads a movie, how do you make it watchable on a DVD player?
Is there a particular format, MOV, MPG that it has to be in? How you format it into a VCD? I am sure a lot of people have already asked this or similar but I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks guys 🙂

You must download DVD burning software, I recommend VSO ConvertxtoDVD or NERO 7
