i googled it and tried to follow the directions, but its only making me frustrated because i cant do it ): please help me!! can someone personally walk me through it?

http://www.photoshopessentials.com/photo-effects/blend-photos/ is that what you mean by a movie poster? most of the time its just a matter of Blending an image(images?) together or using the lasso tool to pick what you want then CNTRL C go to where you wanna paste it and hit CNTRL V then CNTRL T to resize it how ever you want, then mess with the tools like blend or smudge and yull get it
