I need help finding the name of a movie I watched when I was a kid?

Question by : I need help finding the name of a movie I watched when I was a kid?
The basic gist was that there was a group of guys (in high school, I think) that would “transform” and go inside computers to fight viruses. The viruses were depicted as robotic machine/monsters just walking around in the computers breaking stuff. I remember there was a blackout after one of the viruses and vaguely remember the quote (by an anchorwoman on the TV) “planes, trains, and automobiles are shut down”. It was probably made in either the 80’s or 90’s. It had a very “power rangers” feel to it.

Other tidbits/scenes I can remember:
– They tied one of their friends up because he was in love with one of the teachers in his school and tried to make him read a magazine featuring girls
– I think the bad guy (the one who made the viruses) was also in high school
– They kidnapped one of the dudes from school by putting him in a sack and carrying him out
– The one guy who was in love with the teacher got her a bunch of presents
– There was a basement that was their meeting place

I think it was a pretty obscure movie and maybe part of a series. I don’t blame anyone if they have no idea what im talking about.

Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad. I watched that a few times when I was a kid. I remember having the VHS and everything. It was a show by the way. I found the tape sitting for like a dollar at a bookstore when I was 8.
