I mean like to save it,so I can make changes by using Windows Movie Maker…

Convert it to format you can edit using www.zamzar.com. This is a free convert and you can edit whatever you export. It isn’t write protected from what I can tell. You will need the software application that can edit that sort of file. So if you export a swf you would need Flash and so on.
