How to make youtube videos with movie clips?

Question by : How to make youtube videos with movie clips?
I know there is a similar question posted already but the answers the question had werent any good…so wut i wana kno is how do i get movie clips and edit them in windows,add a song and upload it on youtube…i wana make a video of the movie “fast times at ridgemont high” with the song “somebody’s baby” by jackson browne but i dont kno where or how to get movie clips? help!!
