Im guessing you mean Advent Children. I dont know the exact program they used, but Maya or Lightwave might be suitable for you to try out. If you dont have years of training and experience in 3d animation then it is not even worth attempting anything though. It can take production comapanies years to make one animated film….and there are A LOT of people involved, and millions of dollars,very expensive powerful computers.

But on the other hand, you could always make a simple 2d animation in Adobe Flash very quickly. 😛
