I want to make an animation movie but i don’t know what website to go on or what program to download.
I want to make one like Over the hedge
and i already have peoples voices and everything.

Blender.org is a really useful site for 3D animation. (it is not anime)
It takes quite a while to get used to though.
You should try it out and see if it works for you first though
