I just downloaded a movie from LimeWire and its only compatable with Quicktime and some other required junk that i didnt want to download. How do I make it play on Itunes? Im trying to get it on my Itouch.

You have to convert the video to the format supported by your Itouch. I use Format Factory which is a free software to do these kind of tasks. It can convert any video to be played on any handheld devices (basically any video format available)
