How do I change the pixel size on windows movie maker?

Question by TheTruthIsDeception: How do I change the pixel size on windows movie maker?
Ive tried many ways to vary the size based on quality. Although, Im trying to get the video to fit the dimensions of 640 x 360 so i can make it fit into the youtube size format. How can I manually change the size so it will fit those dimensions?
