How do I add the music of my choice to a movie I’m making with Adobe Premier Elements 2.0?

Question by Im2hard2please: How do I add the music of my choice to a movie I’m making with Adobe Premier Elements 2.0?
My old 8mm camera makes noise when it records and I’d like to remove that noise and add so nice sounds; either music or birds singing, to my video befor I burn it to DVD.

Can someone tell me how that’s done? And is there some website where I can go get the type of sounds I want? Like birds chirping/singing….to add to my country scene?

try a1freesoundeffects.com for lots of sound effects for movies, then click File>Import then browse until you find where you saved your sounds/songs. Drag onto the timeline, and there you go!
