I think you should try to summit your sample of work to many anime / computer animation companies. And ask for what they think of your works, is it good enough, can they publish it, how can you improve, how to get the right job, will they make it a series?
I guess it’s kind of the same with a case when an author of a book wants to publish her / his book.
