Ok so i need to know how i can make speacial effects on a moive. Like how can i make it look like a person is getting shot with an arrow with out the arrow actually being there. How can i make good real looking speacial effects like that. What software do i need.. And how much will it cost me. I need very good stuff like that.

SHOW SOMEONE AIMING ARROW AT CHARACTER AND SHOOTING. THEN CUT TO PERSON BEING SHOT AND SHOW THE ARROW IN THEM.Will appear they shot them.
