Question by bob: hi…what is the best program to make a movie that is free to download.?
i need a program for making movies and fast!
i need a program that you can add special features… something that you can add to the movie like blood, shadow, and making the background blurry, and adding noises.
also a program that you can edit frame by frame.
so basically the best program to make a movie!! THX PLEASE HURRY!!
