Good movie editing software (professional but learnable)?

Question by MoMo RC: Good movie editing software (professional but learnable)?
I’m looking for a movie editing software that can add effects to the film like contrast, or rendering… anything to make it professional…

I’ve looked at Adobe Premiere Pro, but not sure what to think of that? I heard sony vegas is pretty good also,
Program for windows vista… not mac btw

Final cut pro is easy to learn and a great program. http://www.apple.com/finalcutstudio/finalcutpro/
