I want to make a good video to post on youtube
but i want it to have very good special effects to add to a video
Eg. The person is the only one coloured and the rest are black and white

Windows movie maker is the easiest program. It’s installed in every pc.
But the program has some many error which is very annoying.
Sony vegas 8.0 pro is very good but very complicated and it’s not free.
