I was wondering how much money would it take to make a movie? For example I was thinking of making a movie which would be only with the bare essentials just to get use to making movies, with script, actors, directors etc. It could be just something that could be made as like a community movie, nothing that would be for hollywood or wouldn’t even matter if it went to video, just something that would be a decent movie based on budget. I heard that you could use a panasonic dvx-100b which isn’t hd but 24p which would be good enough for low budget community movie. Any suggestions, or experience in making low budge movies, would be greatly appreciated. Oh, btw, when I say low budget, I need the whole thing to made for under 25,000 total.

yea, its possible with that amount, it all depends on how much actors and equipment your using and all the other stuff that plays in also.
