Film Incentives Rally Held in Detroit
Movie making in Michigan could be in jeopardy. Governor Rick Snyder has proposed putting a cap on the state’s film tax incentives.   Wednesday, a crowd at the Masonic Temple rallied in favor of tax breaks for Michigan made movies.
