Question by tivaelydoc2: DVD or VCD slideshow software that works.?
I have tried Nero, Epson, Canon, Photostory, numerous freeware, Blaze, Jet Audio, and probably a few more that I can’t think of right now. None of them work.
I have 2500 pictures that need to go on one cd or dvd and I need them to be in a slideshow. Now, working with 2500 pictures creates a difficulty in which I cannot make a movie in WMM or Adobe Premiere because the software will crash, even with my computer.
So, I need software that handle this. I will pay upwards of 2000 dollars, I just need something that will handle this.
Suggestions?

Sounds more like a limitation with your computer than a problem with the software. All these programs will utilise large temporary files so you will need plenty of unused space on your hard drive and the more RAM you have the more reliably they will work.
