My guess is they were custom made for the movie.

I would imagine that any really good custom windows & doors place can get or make you ones like those ones in the film. Just try to get some still photos of the doors & windows you liked and show them. If the place you ask can’t help you themselves, they may be able to suggest another outfit who can help you.
