Does anyone know how Joe Jonas did his hair in Camp Rock?

Question by Jason M: Does anyone know how Joe Jonas did his hair in Camp Rock?
Normally he has his hair with like a gap showing his forehead. But on the movie he had his hair different. This brings me to a sub-question. How do people do that? Is it a way they straighten their hair, so the hair stays like that without having a gap? And how do they make it stay that way? Hairspray? Gel? It didn’t look like he or others that do that wear any.
