I’m making a scrapbook for my Spanish class. When I write “My favorite movie is ‘Thirteen'” in Spanish, should I write ‘Thirteen’ or ‘Trece’?

No because the title will remain the same in Spanish.

Example: Superman, which would be Superman in spanish too and not Hombre de super, or however you say super.
