Darksiders II – Gameplay Walkthrough (Part 11) – Guardian Boss Fight

This is hands down the most EPIC boss battle in Darksiders II — the colossus giant Guardian, who was corrupted by one of the heart stones which brought him to life. The battle plays out over epic music. Eideard (old man with the cane), tries to stop the Guardian, but ends up taking a fatal blow and suffers grievous injury. He retreats, and tells Death to “do your worst” in stopping the Guardian. The battle ensues. Death defeats the Guardian, and Eideard dies in reviving it once more, because it is the only key to getting to the Tree of Life, which Death needs to go to. Once the Guardian is revived, he discovers that Eideard is dead, and in anger takes his hammer, and smashes it into the Eye of Corruption blocking the way to the Tree of Life. The Eye of Corruption ensnares the newly pure Guardian. The Guardian summons all his energy into his central heart stone and performs a Final Flash attack, destroy himself and the Eye of Corruption in the process. EPIC. Please make sure to LIKE the video. The rooms, brimming with antiques, and the cuisine, served in an ancient Hunting Hall, are world class. Manager Kirk Ritchie takes us to a local art gallery with museum-quality paintings, and we enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the countryside. EASTNOR CASTLE: Started in the early 1800’s, the turreted fortress was probably the last fortified castle ever built. It is an ostentatious throwback to the middle ages, with a huge banqueting room, Grand Hall, and armory. Owner James Hervey-Bathurst collects steam-driven vehicles, and his wife refurbishes antiques. Together, they run the 5000 acre deer preserve which surrounds the castle. A special activity offered here is taking Range Rovers out for off-road test drives on the estate. It’s a thrilling way to see the countryside. Regional Highlights: Eurostar – A tunnel under the English Channel, a centuries-old dream is now reality. We take a ride on the new
