Converting Digital Video to DVD on PC?

Question by Melody: Converting Digital Video to DVD on PC?
I have some old (10yrs) Digital Camcorder tapes (the little DVR kind) that I would like to convert to DVD. The camcorder is one of those that you plug into the TV via RCA jacks to watch your movie. The software that came with it (old) makes no mention of being able to burn the movies with a PC burner but, it did come with a USB port
(USB 1).
The Cam is a Canon ZR50mc.
Anybody got ideas?

Dear Melody
*-ON your PC
*-attach your camcorder with USB cable.
*-your PC will automatically installs your camera, IF NOT>
*-detach your camera
*-Open the following site and down load the Software and Drivers

http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/camcorders/minidv_camcorders/zr50mc#DriversAndSoftware
*-DO NOT forget to choose the proper OS
*-Install the program if prompted
*-restart your PC
*-attach the camera with USB cord.
And this time it should work real fine.
*-Download all the movies and snaps what ever you have in you camera to the folder and place of your choice, from where you can conviniently covert it into VCD, DVD and host of other formats and medias.
If at any stage if you find any difficulty Please post it here and I shall be please to answer it.
