The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, Sept. 26. Everyone is warmly welcome. The Club meets every Sunday morning at the Tavern by the Sea (formerly Henry J. Bean’s) located on the north end of Beach Road (part of the Amari Orchid Resort).
