Question by Matthew Smith: Christmas Carol/Scrooge Script?
I am trying to make money by selling scripts online. I am currently writing classic fairy tales, but for something festive i thought i would write scrooge/christmas carol however i wasn’t sure if it is copyrighted. I know charles dickens wrote the story and there is already the stage show but i would not be using and music or any references (obviously) to the show, but i need help to confirm if i can or can’t write my own version? xx thanks A lot 🙂 x
