it is about a kid who moves and begins a new life in a town. He makes friends with these rollerbladers and they have a huge downhill contest at the end. He falls in love with one of his fellow bladers sister. I remember one part of the movie he dreams of life back home when he was surfing.
This movie is not Jhonny Tsunami or brink!

It sounds like a mixture of brink and Johnny Tsunami. So my guess would be the sequel to Johnny: Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board
