Cain and Abel Tutorial: Network Sniffing

This is a tutorial on how to use the program: Cain and Abel. It allows for network sniffing, which gives you the ability to monitor all traffic from hosts in your subnet. For example, you will be able to see what websites your brother upstairs is visiting, and even sniff out their passwords to their email too! Please no flaming, this is my first tutorial on anything, so bear with me. If you have any questions, just PM me, and I will get back to you promptly. Enjoy. Credits to oxid.it and Massimiliano Montoro for making cain and abel. Credits to Camstudio.org for making camstudio to record this video.
