Breaking Dawn Movie? Yes or No?

Is Summit Entertainment going to make Breaking Dawn into a movie? I heard they were going to make eclipse and I know they are making New Moon now, but I haven’t heard anything on Breaking Dawn. And even if they were going to, wouldn’t it be rated are because of Edward and Bella having sex? I am a huge obsessed fan so i was hoping Summit would make a movie for all four books.

It the other two movies are successful they will try to generate more cash on the twilight brand. I would have to say yes if the other two makes a lot of money.
