I am making a video of myself singing and I wanted some effects – but i can’t make it echo at all : ( I have Vista! Please help! Thanks

As far as getting yourself singing on WMM you can click Tools>Narrate Timeline…and record from there if you have a speaker. But if you want to apply effects to your voice like echoes and what not you probably need a sound editing program like Audacity and then export the file into WMM.
