Are there any specific sites or online classes in screenwriting that are held in high regard by the people making the decision on which movies or television scripts to buy?

Nobody cares what courses you’ve taken it bares no relation to the central question. “Will this script make money.”
Things that will influence the production of a script are, who they can attach as the Director. Who they can attach as the Cast and if a similar idea made any money in the past.
