Any good laptop out there?

Question by Remus: Any good laptop out there?
I have looked at all the major sites and even some of the not major ones. The thing is I love my old laptop but my dad says he doesn’t want to get it fixed so I’m getting a new one. Yes that is cool of him and I’m really grateful but finding a new laptop is hard.
I want a fast one with lots of memory, that can handle art programs, movies, internet browsing, movie making, lots of pictures, writing software, and is lightweight with a semi long battery life.
Maybe even a touch screen…
Is there anything out there like that?
