Advertising website template or script?

I’m looking for website template or script that will enable me to create a site to sell advertising space for businesses to promote themselves. I would like visitors to the site to be able to search for businesses in their area, by postcode or city (UK) I would also like the ability to sell banner advertising on the site too.

Are there any off the shelf products that can do this? I have tried googling for this, but not really sure how these sites are catagorised or referred to.

If you want to sell banner advertising, use an ad server such as

OpenX http://www.openx.org
Google Ad Manager http://www.google.com/admanager

But it sounds like you need something customized. Talk to a programmer and ask for a quote of how much you can build this site you envision.
